Why Must Read Texas Real Estate License Preparation Guide: We Guarantee You Pass The Exam On Your First Try?
I thought this book was very thorough and in my opinion extremely well oriented towards passing the test (here the stars of the show are the study smart guides which are excellent summaries of the main points). I really appreciate guides that take their subject seriously (meaning that they go with a natural progression of topics instead of jumping around or going with complex aspects from the get go). From this one I especially liked how at the end of each chapter there's a quiz (along with the answers to see how you did) and that it also has practice exams in the end *is even better*. My only “critique” of this book would be the bold claim in the title (what about readers who forget everything about as soon as they read it?) but I understand the reasoning behind it and in all seriousness, if someone uses this guide properly I see no reason why that claim won't prove true. So, overall I think this a good guide and I would certainly recommend this book to anyone who is getting ready to take the test.
