Why Must Read Run Your Own Corporation: How to Legally Operate and Properly Maintain Your Company Into the Future?

Decent book, but fails to delve into the day to day minutia of running a corporation that I was looking for. Although many seemed to appreciate the "story" format, I felt that the side characters delved into (angry husbands, dogs, aunts, etc) were a corny distraction that tended to diminished the value of the information. Something more professional and concise would have been better.
