Why Must Read Kristen's Real Estate Exam Pass Book?
This book is a fantastic supplement to the salesperson pre-license course and a great study aid. One issue I had with my real estate class is that it often drilled down way too deep on topics and overemphasized things that were, in the end, irrelevant. Granted, the fundamental knowledge offered in the class is important, but in no way did class instruction provide guidance on the significance of certain topics as they relate to the exam. This book clearly and concisely presents topics and it ensures that key ideas are cemented in your head. I actually like that the topics are presented in a nonlinear fashion (some may not).
