Download NowI just added this book to my resource library along with "Government Contracts in Plain English" also by Mr. Mlinarchik. I do a lot of work and consulting with government contractors, and while I pride myself as fairly knowledgeable about the FAR - I am only an "expert" on two sections (that benefit my government clients) and don't have a wholistic view of the FAR to help and enable businesses who are looking to do business with the government. These books seemingly do the impossible - make the FAR and the acquisition process understandable, in plain English. I highly recommend this to anyone that submits proposals, works on SOWs and costing for the government. His books include all relevant references to FAR sections and subsections and will save you a lot of time, hassle, and googling and likely some consulting fees) in trying to understand compliance when submitting and negotiating. Highly recommend.
