Looks like a good journal. Received it today. Decided to write it in a lined notebook so it can be used more than once. Since im doing it separate from the actual book, im setting it up as a 5 yr journal. That way i can go back each year and see how ive change whether good or bad Specially since ive suffered all my life with severe stress and anxiety and depression. Ill write out the pages question or activity on the page of the notebook then the answer. Will update later on how it works and the activities and questions. Edit: being using it for about 2 1/2 weeks. It is a good journal. Makes me really think and delve more into what triggers my anxiety what can do help myself. I am impressed. My neighbor who recommended journaling loved the book. She said the questions and exercises were really good for in depth work for anxiety. May get her one for christmas next year. I will say it being a paperback it could tear up easy. I get around this by putting the questions and answer for each day in a spiral notebook. Going to try to use it this way for 5 years and see how im progressing. Keeps the book in better shape
