Why Must Read Brain Games - Large Print Word Searches (Teal)?

I never thought I would have such an appreciation for a product. My Memaw is 92-years old. She's a feisty, vibrant, independent Italian who still drives her self. When the quarantine started, it was hard for her to wrap her head around the severity of this Pandemic. She went out a few times (before there were cases in our county), and each time, I had to remind her not to. I thought my biggest fear would be her going out and contracting the virus, but actually, a different problem arose. We began to notice that without the mental stimulation of going out, she was backsliding a bit. We did our best- I would visit her and bring my dogs over, I'd encourage family to call her, but it seemed like she needed more. Enter this book. She loves it. She's engaged in it. She completes different puzzles every day. She loves the large print and proudly shares how many she does in a day. It's a relief to us to hear this- this book is providing her the mental stimulation she needs. (Well, this and some lottery tickets) I never thought such a low-priced, trivial item would be of such value, but I was wrong. This book has helped our family more than we could imagine!
