The writing style used does take some getting used to but it is still relevant now more than ever. When reading this, people often think the founders were "visionary", they were business men, shop owners, some with very little education and all had much to lose with rebellion from England. Still, this series of rights have no equal in the world even today...ask yourself why other nations don't have this set of rights as laws. Read it and you'll understand why a government would not want this bill of rights... that restricts their power.
