Well, yes, if you're an actual attorney and are hoping to guide your client through a multi-million-dollar deal based on having read a Kindle book ... This book provides pragmatic advice and walks through almost every aspect of a sale. It is of course a bit biased towards the buyers (for instance, I think sellers need to be very skeptical of being offered a Letter of Intent) but if you're a seller or a broker then you will get a very good sense of what the buyers are (or ought to be) thinking about from this book.
