Download NowI’m not saying this book is the reason I got the highest grade in my 1L property class (at a top law school nonetheless), but it definitely played a major role in my study regimen! As a word of warning, I bought this book because my professor recommended it; law school is highly Professor-specific, so this book may not work for everyone. For me, however, its explanation of the history behind the black letter law and its organization really helped me understand property law. It was also a crucial companion to my casebook because it cited to many of the cases I had to read for class, but explained them and contextualized them within the broader property law. Highly recommend!
