Why Must Read Bar Exam Flashcards MBE: Multistate Bar Exam (Kaplan Test Prep)?

Got these based on a bunch of good online reviews but pretty much hate them. Definitely not comprehensive coverage of the MBE subjects, also entirely too wordy and confusing to read and memorize. For example, asking “when is fraudulent misrepresentation established” vs simpler language that helps you better memorize the black letter law like “elements of fraudulent misrepresentation”. Another example, “what are the six categories of agreements governed by the statute of frauds” vs simpler language of “types of contracts governed by the statute of frauds”. I’m editing them according to what would help my learning but I definitely would recommend Law in Flash over these and probably will buy the MBE version since these miss so much of what’s covered. Two stars because I like the size, like that they left space for notes, like how they’re organized/labeled and at minimum it has some of the core info on all of the subjects covered.
