Download NowBought this book for one particular recipe, I am a huge hells kitchen fan and have watched all seasons multiple times, I have made multiple dishes from the show, I have tried to make the lobster risotto multiple times with copy cat recipes but it looks nothing like what they make on the show. Bought this book so I could finally have his recipe, and it is not in there, how do you not include one of hells kitchen's most iconic dishes, heck they even had a whole episode about them retiring it.
