Why Must Read Basic Contract Law for Paralegals?

Only about 1/3rd of the way into the book but must say I'm enjoying it tremendously! Very well written, the key concepts are well explained and easy to understand. Required textbook for paralegal studies but should also be essential reading for any entrepreneurs and everyone since almost every transaction in our daily lives include a contract, either an explicit or implicit contract. Whether buying a car, house, etc, this book will help you in so many different facets of your life!
