Download NowI need some quick answers so I opted for the eBook; however, I was quickly able to confirm that the deceased’s estate could be handled without probate (an expensive legal process necessary in certain circumstances. I was most concerned about the added complexity of a deceased with a securities account at E-Trade. I am long retired as a lawyer and never practiced in California, but I would suggest that those of you with banking or small business backgrounds could easily follow this guide. I recommend it.
