Why Must Read Patent It Yourself: Your Step-by-Step Guide to Filing at the U.S. Patent Office?

Out of date, does not address the drastic changes made in 2011 which totally change the basis of what determines patent rights, and in turn how it is deliberated, and more importantly how you can establish and start your patent. You can no longer use work to establish start date, the actual filing determines that now, and you cannot publically divulge anything about your invention as that invalidates any attempt to get a patent as it is then considered public domain. All this prevents you from getting investors before you get a patent, you must get the patent first. This book is out of date and as a result is almost entirely useless now and guides you to do things that are now damaging if you follow it.
