Seems to say anything to encourage people to buy homes when in fact some people should not own homes, whether it's inability to pay or to keep up with maintenance. Notes that homes appreciate in value over time, when in fact Robert Shiller who co-wrote the Case-Shiller index says that don't always. It probably just keeps pace with inflation and with maintenance over time may cost more. Of course, there are some you can flip for a lot of profit but this is not the case for most. I cannot read the rest after this irresponsible advice
