Why Must Read Represent Yourself in Court: Prepare & Try a Winning Civil Case?

After failing in arbitration because I ran out of money and I could not pay my lawyer to attend and did not know at that time that I could present evidence. I searched out what to do next and I found this book. Simple concise instruction on what to do prior to your court date. This book shows you how to get your ducks in a row when defending yourself. I spent about a month reading and writing out what I would need to do starting with an outline. I then (as the book instruction) put a notebook together of all my notes including my evidence against the Plaintiff. and actually wrote out counter arguments for questions I thought the person's attorney would ask at each stage. Direct questioning by his own attorney, my questions for cross examination, my direct questions and adding my exhibits into evidence and my closing arguments. Although I am not 100%, I am much more confident and ready to defend myself because of this book explaining every step (and I mean every step) in detail.
