Download NowI have had the pleasure of using this textbook in an MBA law course. This book is very well written with many concise legal examples. Each chapter is organized so an entrepreneur or student can quickly find the information they need. This book may seem intimidating at just over 750 pages, but it is written for an average audience. I would recommend this book to any new entrepreneur or even someone advancing their career. It is an excellent value.
