Why Must Read The New York Times Greatest Hits of Monday Crossword Puzzles: 100 Easy Puzzles?
The cover deems these puzzles "easy." Although I have a PhD, I found them not too easy, just doable without struggle, and importantly, it's been fun, a great soporific (No these puzzles wouldn't use that word.) I'm now doing the Tuesdays---the next step up from the "Mondays" and they're also great although I must admit, pretty much as hard as I'm inclined to tackle. Harder ones---Weds through Sat--are more likely to require knowing "crossword puzzle" words--those almost never used outside of crossword puzzles and Scrabble.
