Why Must Read The New York Times Best of the Week Series: Monday Crosswords: 50 Easy Puzzles (The New York Times Crossword Puzzles)?

These are easy by NYT standards but not compared to most puzzles you'd find elsewhere. I recently decided to give crosswords a try and this was a great place to start. Some caused frustration while others were quite easy. After completing this book I ordered the Monday book with two hundred puzzles. Thus far they've all been more challenging than I'm ready for, noticeably more so than this book, and I have no aspirations for doing Sunday puzzles! From what I've seen, the non NYT puzzle books are way too easy so I'll likely give Monday books another try. The squares are large which is helpful as I have a hand tremor.
