Download NowThis book was a required text for a class that I took. It's like a PDF that was designed for an oversized page, forcing you to scroll horizontally as well as vertically. The main text is interrupted by figures and bullet-point summaries which are badly placed; for example, the bullet-point overview of the Securities and Exchange Act is placed many pages after getting into the weeds of SEC requirements. I will never buy another electronic textbook.
