Why Must Read Emotional survival for law enforcement: A guide for officers and their families?

I would give this book 50 stars if I could. If you are a cop or love a cop, this book is mandatory and should be required reading for every officer and their family members. This book has changed my life and my relationship, and I have recommended it to every officer/LE family member I know. Even if you or the LEO you care for "is just fine" and you think the book isn't needed, it is. This book will prevent future problems, solve current problems and provide answers for things you always thought were inevitable "parts of the job" - in a way that is engaging, often humorous and easy to understand. Take two hours and read the book, it's reasonably short and to the point. It could save your life one day; sometimes the most dangerous part of LE is toll it takes on the officer, not the streets.
