Why Must Read California Real Estate License Express: All-in-One Review and Testing to Pass California's Real Estate Exam?
I liked this book because it was both a review manual addressing the key concepts and terminology to pass the California exam and also a book for test questions with complete answers. So much for a good price. When it came to the information and terminology review, the information was concise and gave good tricks and ways of understanding the material, and the information was organized and structured well, with one concept logically and naturally moving to the others. For example section 2 was based on section 1 and they went well with each other. Also, the question mimics the exam content and provides good answers to prepare me for the exam. One problem though is that at times, the information was incomplete and I had to review other sources to learn what I was reading in the book. Some parts were vague and I had to read over (that's is why the four stars, but for the most part, everything was current and on point and concisely addressed. Overall, good book. I am confident with it
