Download NowAs a fan of the GBBO, I love this cookbook. These recipes are arranged seasonally and include a picture index. I enjoyed the featured bios of the season 9 contestants and the recipes from this just finished season. Recipes from the judges are also featured. As an American, a lot of pre-baking preparation has to go into each recipe, from deciphering ingredients to converting oven temperatures and measurements. I don’t mind this aspect, but it is VERY time consuming. I baked Paul’s Jammy Biscuits and they were perfect. I’m looking forward to baking Primrose and Lemon Cake, Prue’s Sable Breton, Giuseppe’s Celebration Cake, and Persian Love Cake.
