Why Must Read The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation, 20th Edition?

I think schools can come up with a better solution than having this book used for citations. You learn more from actually working on it hands on than using this book for reference. Law schools give you a whole bunch of information but never spend enough time teaching you how to apply it. Probably useful if your professor is good at instructing its proper use. Can also use YouTube to bookmark the important parts for the blue book exam, which you’ll have in legal writing at some point in your first year as a law student. Otherwise really not a fan of its organization.
