Why Must Read I Spy: A Book of Picture Riddles?

I was worried my 7-year old nephew and 11-year old niece wouldn't find it as amazing as I had when I was a kid. They are very much into video games and technology, so I was concerned. But apparently, when my nephew opened the books up at his birthday party, he actually spent about ten minutes looking through it before his parents forced him to continue opening gifts. They said he loved it, and the two kids sat with their uncle after gifts to look at them further. It honestly brings tears to my eyes, because as a child these books were absolutely incredible. If a teacher had these in their room, they were considered the best teacher. We would spend hours looking through them and imagining all the different pages. To share such a timeless book with my nephew and niece was an incredible moment for me, and I'm just so happy a new generation of kids can fall in love with them as well, even with all the technology around them. So yea, great buy. 10/10.
