Why Must Read Black's Law Dictionary with Pronunciations, 6th Edition (Centennial Edition 1891-1991)?

The dictionary is in good shape but clearly has signs of ware, I bought it described as used with no signs of ware and like new but I'm happy with my purchase, this is a second copy for a friend. Mens + Mental = mind Government + Govern + Governmental = control Govern-men-t-al = mind control! Or controlled mind! Now take that word and add it to Health Care or Education! Get it! think this is nonsense? take a good look around! Now that's how you decode words to learn what they really mean and one more thing, when purchasing Black's Law Dictionaries always get the older year copies the older the better, preferably 5th & 6th, newer editions downplay words and effectively take away true meaning.
