Someone I trust a great deal is friends w/ the author...has integrity. Surprisingly life changing in combo w/ the 40 Day Prayer Circle book for me. I never did a prayer journal before-this 1 lets you choose our own styles-write, poetry, draw, etc. A welcome shot of perspective in a time of hard loss lately, but ideal for all seasons.
