It is impossible not to smile when you reach for this cookbook! Cook It, Spill it, Throw It: The Not-So-Real Housewives Parody Cookbook was my birthday present this year and I could not be happier. The combination of the delicious recipes of Chef Stuart O'Keeffe and the incredibly talented and hilarious comedian Amy Phillips, is a match made in heaven. Don't let the title fool you, the recipes are very real, easy to follow and come out tasting delicious and looking like the pictures. I made Trash Sprinkle cookies with my niece and nephew and they were fun and easy to make and so good that they quickly disappeared. The Who Gon' Check Me Blue Cheese Buffalo dip was a huge hit at my bookclub and the drink recipes are creative and delicious! The Nine Lemons in a Bowl Party Punch is perfect for holiday gatherings and everyone loved it. I cant wait to try the party menus in the back. This is truly the birthday gift that keeps on giving.
